  • Boleh ke iswara aeroback (1.5, manual) masuk turbo kit or tuka injin?

    gua ingat nak tukar enjin tapi x tau lol nak tuka enjin ape..(sebb wa xde pgalaman psl kete ni).. wa cadang nak kasi laju sket...
    so nak tanye la:-
    1. boleh ke kete iswara ni masuk enjin lagi besau cc nyer? lau boleh, cadangkan enjin ape & mane kedai nak cari... (area slangor)
    2. boleh iswara masuk turbo kit?

    nak laju sikit pon mau tukar enjin ka?

    mengarut ajer klau naklaju sikit.......

    ko kena carik 1.6 punya piston...kasi kahwin itu lerr...baru laju bnyak...

      Iswara setahu aku boleh masuk engine
      4G91(1.5),4G92(1.6),4G93(1.8),4G61(1.6),4G63(2.0),4G67(1.8)

      Kalau nak pakai turbo plus mounting tak banyak ubah cari 4G61T turbo dari Mirage punya enjin plug n play ja. Lain-lain kat atas tu kena buat mounting balik. Tapi engine nie dah kira macam pupus, susah nak cari.
      Aku pakai 4G91 masuk Iswara kena ubah sikit mounting, wayering kawin balik dgn iswara.

      P/s: Tak payah tukar engine, buat pening kepala baik ko upgrade part engine tu ja. Lagi bagus.... aku nasihat ja, kalau poket tebal boleh ja.

          Part2 mana yg boleh diupgrade dan sejauh mana upgrading part boleh menambah kuasa?

            Part apa boleh upgrade?
            Cuba ko buat basic dulu, port n polish engine kemudian upgarde system exhaust (amik Hotbit 4-2-1 extractor @ Cusco replica pun boleh), tukar camshaft (pipercam @ powerzone @ matspeed), flywheel kasi masuk 1.6 punya atau amik Super Touring, nak sedap skim dulu sebelum pasang. Pastu clutch masuk Exedy Full Racing. Ada duit lagi masuk powerzone punya stroker kit.

              Megavavle ni kalau 1.5 NA tune la nak bikin kasi kuat boleh je, tapi umo enjin mesti pendek - senang cerita. Cth setup yg pernah saya tgk dan test, ble je tuko masuk pisten 4G91 (1.5 DOHC), tuko cam utk lightly tune pon ble, buat piping bla bla bla tuning, mmg ble blah, even lightly tune 4G92 mivec kat body satria ble saing dari gear 1-3 dan lepas tu tinggal la TAPI belakang still ble cucuk woo - TAPI, bila dah masuk pisten over size, dinding blok antara pisten makin nipis, enjin senang naik temperature, ble solve, masuk radiator double core, but then enjin reliabililty dah kurang = pendek umo.

              Nak senang BOT? BOT tak sesenang semua org sangka, nak masuk setahu saya bnyk benda kena buat, banana - magnifold custom utk blok 1.5 utk turbin kena buat, pisten kena alter - utk low compress, blok kena buat, gasket metal near wajib, bla bla bla dan lagi satu paling penting selalunya iswara 1.5 ni datang dengan CARB, injeksyen payah cari melainkan UK spec ataupun yg dulu ada jual limited, TANG Carburator ni paling masalah nak main turbo, nak kawal pembakaran payah - so silap2 enjin ble tebabo - bukan turbo - dulu ahli sini GAR dari peneng dah experimen, mmg tebabo.

              Kalau injeksyen ble piggy back ECU utk kawal air-fuel ratio utk bagi cun dengan turbo. But then ada injeksyen pon, enjin still kena fully modified, kalau tak, main low boost je la turbo - tak steam beb.

              SO penyelesaian paling selamat - enjin swap terus la... setakat body iswara ni, kalau dapat 4G91 pun dah sedap dah. Nak main pikap, pakai je balik gearbox 4G15 tuh, pikap je la, top kurang. Kalau nak rasa turbo cari je la 4G93T, 1.8T, standard pun dah sedap. Tapi nak sedap dan power lebey sket cari Mivec 4G92.. mmg sodap lagi sep minyak... tapi enjin2 dia atas utk masuk chasis C21/22 - saga iswara, mounting enjin satu kena modified - kalau wira C99 punya chasis terus masuk je..

              kalau chasis C21/22 ni enjin ble terus masuk ialah enjin zaman Vr4 dulu2 kala, 1.6 - 4G61 mirage NA/Turbo tak pon 4G67 NA/turbo gak, yg ni semua gear ratio jeni pendek2, abang ipar pernah pakai kat saga, satria Gti standard senang2 ble cucok hehehe..

              sekadar berkongsi pengalaman time muda2 dulooo la.. skrg tak dah tobat.. mod utk sep minyak je. maybe ada otai2 mits/proton kat sini ble tambah.. share.
